Ruoqiang and the Loulan Beauty

The star of Ruoqiang is the Loulan Beauty, seen here as sculptured relief on the local museum. She was discovered in mummified form in the desert near Ruoqiang, at the site of Loulan, one of the ancient cities of the Tarim Basin, and is estimated to have lived 3800 years ago. Apparently there is argument whether she is Indo-European or Han so the museum displays all mummies together, not wanting to inflame the situation. I think she looks like the goddess Emmy-Lou Harris.
